Break a habit
Let go of something superfluous. Do something that pushes you out of your routine and makes you insecure. Throw off the comfort blanket.
It’s healthy to try honest changes. It’s healthy to grapple with who you are. It’s healthy to test yourself, to abandon what’s old and unworkable, what’s no longer needed as part of your self-definition.
The older you will feel pangs of loss and grieving, but the newer you will celebrate and grow stronger.
