Take a leap of faith

Quantum leaps are available.  The growth and change you seek need not be incremental.  It can be radical and exponential.

The catch:  You have to put yourself out there – way out there.  You have to take a leap of faith, put yourself in a demanding situation, and require of yourself more than you’ve previously thought possible.

There’s no cap, no limit to what you can do.  You just choose to step to the edge and take the leap.
