A plan is not a string of miracles
Too many plans are little more than untested ideas that depend on a string of good luck.
Challenge your plans. Test them. Look beyond your biases and blind spots. Don’t skip over the tough questions and vulnerabilities just because you want the plan to appear worthy. Move beyond ego, and enlist outsiders in the review too.
Getting extraordinary results means you do the hard work, and take extraordinary measures to ensure your plan can succeed.
