We move forward within chaos. We tear down the old while building the new, and must learn to survive the dust and debris created in the process. We move through fits and pauses, and get frustrated when we hit plateaus, however temporary.
Growth often looks like confusion before it looks like clarity, and we prefer neat, predictable, incremental movement. It’s not going to happen if we’re doing it right.
If we’re only comfortable with orderly progress, we will resist, and likely miss the chaotic kind — which is transformative.
Choose your poison.
