- Status – Perception of where you are in relation to people around you.
- Certainty – Ambiguity generates a danger response. The brain is always trying to predict.
- Autonomy – Stress is amplified by sense of no control.
- Relatedness – When you meet new people your brain perceives danger.
- Bond: handshake, share, etc.
- Friend vs. Foe
- Fairness – A fair exchange activates the reward circuitry.
Do things that generate the reward state to make people smarter, more effective, more engaged and more productive.
