We tend to move with one of two intentions, often with a situational preference to one or the other. When things get bad, we seek to eradicate the situation, wether by fight or flight or some creative alternative. In isolated cases, fight or flight is fine, but in the vast majority of persistent challenges it is important to know not what we are fighting or from what we are running but rather for what we are fighting and towards what we are running. Intentional movement should be to find, not escape. Intentional change seeks to create, not destroy.
