Your mental mirror

“What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.” –  Abraham Maslow

Are you spending enough time in front of your mental mirror?  It’s easy to miss seeing the real you.  It’s easy to only catch only a glimpse, and not the full image.

Continual positive change starts with awareness.  Pay attention to the outcomes you experience.  They are a reflection, an indicator, of the person you’re becoming.  Do you see all green lights, or are yellow warning signals flashing?

Take the time to know yourself.  Take the time to observe and embrace feedback. Take the time to see if you like the person you’re becoming.  And if you don’t, then take corrective action.  Make the changes to make the positive difference in your life.
