Pay attention, in every area of your life. What is changing?
Change brings with it fear, confusion and resistance. Be explicit about the change confronting you, so you can calibrate how you respond. Clarify what you will change, what you will not change.
Adapt where it makes sense. Learn to stretch. What new skills, what new attitudes will you need to deal with change? Which matter most?
Getting on the right side of change means positioning yourself so that change works for you instead of against you.
