There is much wisdom telling us to focus with intensity, but that wisdom comes with risks.
We risk tunnel vision, and can miss opportunities showing up just outside our line of sight. At some point too much focus may no longer give better results. Further, it can be simply exhausting to stay locked in.
A better move may be to unfocus and step back. Let things be messy for a bit. Take time to be curious and allow our minds to wander.
Sometimes we need to make room for discovery to happen.
