“You are not allowed to complain about something unless you’re going to do something about it.”
No whiners, no crybabies. Reject the compounding effect of negative energy. Do it in two ways:

Move away from the influence of the whiners who show up in your life. Create distance – mental or physical.

Ditch the unproductive habit of complaining. Take action, do something. Work on your challenges, and don’t be afraid to enlist others to help. Focus on the solution, not the problem.
Time spent whining and complaining is a total loss. Today, do something useful instead.
