We can’t be successful and lie to ourselves at the same time.

But we try.  Don’t we?  We tell ourselves what we want to hear.  We cover our ears, close our eyes, and deny what the facts present.

There is one key rule to success:  No bullsh!t, especially to ourselves.  No matter how scary it is, stop saying yes when it’s really no.
