Seek comfort rather than effort

Avoid risk
Expect to lose
Squander free time
Of course, the list keeps going and growing, but the end game is the same. When you repeat errors in judgment, day after day, you eventually hit a tipping point: You suddenly fall off the edge of your world.
Don’t fall off the edge of your world. Pay attention to your habits, your judgment. Pay attention to what you’re doing with your life.
