“Procrastination is attitude’s natural assassin. There is nothing so fatiguing as an uncompleted task.” – William James
Procrastination is based on fear and ignorance. Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of confronting your reality. Ignorance of how to connect a task or decision to a desired outcome – to prioritize, to break down the steps to completion, to decide whether to discard, delegate, schedule, or do it now.
If procrastination is distracting you, if it’s weighing you down with anxiety and impeding your progress, you need to make changes. You need to move beyond your fears, to conquer your ignorance, and take charge of your life.
What’s holding you back?
