Why pay the price?

“Unhappiness is a very expensive hobby.” – Hugh MacLeod

Unhappiness can happen if you’re clinically depressed, or possibly a victim of war, dread disease, or some calamity.

If you’re unhappy because you just haven’t done the work to move beyond your circumstances, that’s another issue.  You can step outside the cycle of attitude and reaction, or inaction, that feeds unhappiness.  You can take the time to understand the situational triggers, and how you react, and then do something different – move beyond circumstance, move beyond disabling attitudes.  You are in charge of your life.  You are accountable for everything that shows up.

Why pay the price that unhappiness exacts, when you can reframe your circumstances, reframe how you react, and in the process, change your world?
