If you want to be tougher, be tougher
You can push past obstacles. You can push past pain. You can do things you thought you couldn’t do. It’s possible to get tougher with issues in your life. Issues both big and small.
You don’t need to socialize your desire, or meditate on it, or get permission. You don’t have to become paralyzed with choices, or succumb to decision fatigue. You do have to act.
Whether it’s physical or mental, being tougher starts with your next decision. If you really want to be tougher, be tougher.
