In a recent interview, 77 year old Gary Player talked his fast paced life – continuing competitive golf, designing courses, writing, charity – not to mention his discipline to do 1,200 situps every day. At an age when most of his peers are in their sedentary twilight years, Gary continues to set records. He continues to cultivate the enthusiasm to engage life.
