Make time for reality checks.  Make time to self-monitor and listen to feedback.  It’s not enough to know how far you’ve gone; you must also know how far you have left  to go.

Assess your progress, create indelible reminders of what needs to be done.  Sustain – daily – your motivation to reach your goals.  It is, after all, your wonderful life.
