Lighten up. Allow yourself to be fallible. Allow yourself to be real. Take time to relax and recharge. Take time to smile.
When you’re always on, you’re depleting your psychic batteries. You feel the drain. Others sense the tension.
Developing mastery and excellence takes discipline and effort, but it should also be fun. Look in the mirror and learn to laugh.
