Good intentions wrap themselves within the language of “try.” But there is no such thing as a good try. Try is that fence-straddling game of deceit you play on yourself.
Habits are about commitment. They are about the actions you take, not the intentions you state. If something is important, you don’t intend, you do. And if something isn’t important, why even try?
